HOW TO USE:
Apply evenly to clean, damp, pre-lightened hair
For quick blonde results, mix with 1.9% Pastel developer and leave on for 5 minutes
For a more intense toning effect and root blending, mix with 10 volume 3% developer and leave on for 5 minutes
Extend the processing time beyond 5 minutes for additional neutralization and deeper results
