Blondor bleach extra cool 5.29oz

This powder combines bleaching agents and toning properties to achieve a lighter, cooler blonde up to 7 levels. Blondor powder can be used on natural, colored and highlighted hair from levels 4 to 8 and is suitable for all types of applications.

HOW TO USE:
ON VIRGIN OR COLORED HAIR: Mix Blondor Extra Cool Blonde with Color Touch Peroxide at a ratio of 1: 1.5
ON PREVIOUSLY HIGHLIGHTED HAIR: Mix one part Blondor Extra Cool, one part Blondor Multi Blonde with Color Touch Peroxide at a ratio of 1: 1 to 1: 1.5
Development time depends on the condition of the hair as well as the desired effect
