Blondor Plex 9 1 oz

Wella Blondor Plex 9 is a bleaching powder that features a bonding technology. This technology offers an optimal pH system that rebuilds hair bonds for stronger hair. This product contains anti-yellowing molecules and can lighten up to 9 levels while reducing breakage by up to 97%.

PREPARATION:
Mix with Koleston Perfect 6%, 9%, 12% or Color Touch Emulsion 1.9%, 4%,
Ratio: 1:1.5 to 1:2

DEVELOPMENT TIME:
Bleaching time depends on desired level and hair porosity
Check hair every 5-10 minutes
Maximum total development time is 50 minutes
