Been coming here for ages, they have a GREAT variety of products that you wouldnt find at any drugstore. I especially love their Nywele line of products, it always leaves my hair nice and soft. Highly recommend this place
I opened a salon a few weeks ago and purchased 4 sets of LED mirrors for my salon. The mirrors cost 300 dollars each. After 4 days of being hung I came into work and one of them had smashed as it had completely detached from the backing. The mirrors are designed with a styrofoam backing in which they put nails into it to support it and it gets hung like a picture frame. Now fast forward another two weeks and all 4 mirrors the backing has completely dislodged from the mirror. Thankfully I caught the next one that fell and decided to remove the others before they fell. I contacted this company when the first mirror smashed and they were surprised as itβs never happened but did admit it must be a bad mirror. The woman I dealt with was lovely and very helpful , but the manager would not speak to me personally , and simply offered 50 dollars off a new one. I explained I feel a replacement mirror is what would rectify the situation for me. Iβm grateful for them shipping it to me and for offering 50 dollars off a new one , but if a company can admit the mirrors are designed poorly I donβt believe offering 50 dollars off a new one is rectifying the situation. The weight of the mirrors cannot be supported by a styrofoam backing. Although Iβve provided photos of the damage done to the mirrors and proof that they are poorly designed, I was still only offered 50 dollars off. Now Iβve spent 1450 dollars and have one shattered mirror , 3 broken ones that canβt be hung and one new one which Iβm sure will have the same outcome. As I said above I appreciate the hard work of I believe her name is Isabelle - you were very helpful and communicated with me through this and were apologetic. But the manager of this location should take more accountability.
