Welloxon Perfect Developer

Welloxon Perfect 30 Vol (9%) is a high-performance cream developer, specially formulated for permanent coloring services requiring more pronounced lightening. Its hydrogen peroxide concentration (9%) is perfect for achieving up to 2 levels of lift with Koleston Perfect colors, and up to 3 levels with Special Blonde shades. It is also compatible with Illumina Color for luminous results. Its creamy texture guarantees easy mixing, precise application, and excellent adherence to the hair.

FEATURES:
Mixing Ratio with Koleston Perfect (except Special Blonde): 1 part Koleston Perfect color to 1 part Welloxon Perfect 30 Vol (1:1).
Mixing Ratio with Koleston Perfect Special Blonde: 1 part Koleston Perfect Special Blonde color to 2 parts Welloxon Perfect 30 Vol (1:2).
Mixing Ratio with Illumina Color: 1 part Illumina Color to 1 part Welloxon Perfect 30 Vol (1:1).

HOW TO USE:
Preparation:
Wear appropriate protective gloves throughout the entire process.
Use a protective cream around the hairline to prevent staining.
In a non-metallic bowl, mix the chosen Wella Professionals permanent hair color (Koleston Perfect or Illumina Color) with Welloxon Perfect Developer 30 Vol according to the specific mixing ratio for the chosen color and desired result. Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous, lump-free cream is obtained.
Application:
Apply the mixture to dry, unwashed hair.
Apply the mixture to visible regrowth, starting with the areas where the strongest degree of lightening is required.
Processing Time:
For Koleston Perfect : 30 to 40 minutes (Without heat) or 15 to 25 minutes (With added heat)
For Koleston Perfect Special Blonde: 50 to 60 minutes (Without heat) or 25 to 35 minutes (With added heat)
For Illumina Color: 30 to 40 minutes (Without heat) or 15 to 25 minutes (With added heat)
It is imperative to carefully monitor the color development every 5 to 10 minutes until the desired result is achieved. Do not exceed the maximum recommended processing time.
Once the processing time is complete, emulsify the color with a little warm water.
Rinse hair thoroughly until the water runs clear.
Wash hair with a post-color shampoo
Apply a post-color treatment to neutralize oxidation residues and stabilize the color.
