Welloxon Perfect 10 Vol (3%) is a professional-grade cream developer, specially formulated to activate Wella Professionals permanent hair colors. Its low hydrogen peroxide concentration (3%) makes it ideal for tone-on-tone coloring services, darkening, or for a slight lift (up to 1 level of lift). It ensures a perfect mixing consistency, precise application, and easy rinsing, for a comfortable coloring experience and reliable results.

HOW TO USE:
Preparation:
In a non-metallic bowl, mix the chosen Wella Professionals permanent hair color (Koleston Perfect or Illumina Color) with Welloxon Perfect 10 Vol according to the recommended mixing ratio for the chosen color (generally 1:1). Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous, lump-free cream is obtained.
Use a protective cream around the hairline to prevent staining.
Application:
Apply the mixture to dry, unwashed hair.
First apply the mixture to visible regrowth
For refreshing lengths and ends, apply the remaining mixture to these areas during the last 5 to 10 minutes of the processing time.
Processing Time:
For Koleston Perfect : 30 to 40 minutes (Without heat) or 15 to 25 minutes (With added heat)
For Illumina Color: 30 to 40 minutes (Without heat) or 15 to 25 minutes (With added heat)
Always monitor the color development every 5 to 10 minutes until the desired result is achieved. Do not exceed the maximum recommended processing time.
Once the processing time is complete, emulsify the color with a little warm water.
Rinse hair thoroughly until the water runs clear.
Wash hair with a post-color shampoo
Apply a post-color treatment to neutralize oxidation residues and stabilize the color
