Smoothing Blow Dry Cream 1.7oz

Was impressed by other reviews for this product and all in this range. I have used Sam McKnight products for years and thought I would just try the masques in this range for a break. Have used the whole pot, and found far from smoothing, this dries my long fine hair. Hair looks dull after no matter how well I rinse. Believe me I do rinse well as I dislike the harsh synthetic fragrance this has. Perhaps my expectations were too high as in comparison to what I am used to this is poor.

I have straight hair, and even though this mask is marketed for curly hair, it’s worked really well for me. It leaves my hair noticeably smoother, softer, and helps with flyaways and tangles. It also adds a nice boost of hydration without feeling heavy. Definitely a great product if your hair feels dry or hard to manage.

10/10 best hair mask ever! Recently had a keratin treatment done at Vivo salon and was recommended this product for aftercare. Highly recommend using alongside the kerasilk color protect shampoo and conditioner. I have used both kerasilks strengthening and smoothing masks and both are as good as each other. The Kerasilk Color Protecting mask lasted me 9 months and I have Long, thick wavy Polynesian hair. I did alternate with the kerasilk conditioner though so I’m sure this stretched out the amount of product I used. I had my hair coloured one month after the keratin treatment and continued to use the kerasilk system. My hair has never felt better! I also use the kerasilk straight iron protectant spray- it is on the high end price range for this spray but I guarantee you it is better than GHD flat iron spray.

This is such a lovely treatment. I have thiiiick unruly wavy/curly hair and whilst I heat style it regularly this really helps it maintain shine and makes it feel really nice. I used to use this back when kerasilk were under Goldwell but I am happy to say that on their own they are just as good.

Very good smoothing mask. I apply it to my hair and it just smoothens my hair without me needing to comb or untangle the strands. It’s very potent and very effective. I recommend it!
