Remove existing nail lacquer with OPI Expert Touch Remover
Trim and shape nails
Push back the cuticles
Start with a base coat OPI Base Coat
Apply two coats of Nail Lacquer
Finish with a top coat RapiDry top coat
To speed up drying process, use Drip Dry
