I've been shaving with cheap shaving cream for years, and now that I've switched to this lube I will not go back. This product provides a tingling sensation on application, waking up the skin and helping hairs stand up for a closer shave. It feels rich and allows the razor to slide across the skin (even with several days stubble built up). I have experienced FAR less pulling than with other shave creams. In addition, this product has decreased the razor burn and bumps that I get on my neck after shaving. I would highly recommend letting the product sit on the skin for 3 ot 5 minutes before pulling a razor across the skin to make sure you give the product time to do its job. I would highly recommend this (and other) Jack Black products

My husband loves how this keeps the razor burn down. And now I can say after 3 years of buying it for him, I used it myself and concur. I get razor burn really bad and we were going to a beach wedding. He told me I wouldn't be disappointed if I tried it. I can tell you from pits to ankles, I had no razor burn. (Also, I always spend 5 min in the shower to help open my pores before I shave).

I read in the description that it can be used both as a shave cream or a shave conditioner. Particularly, didn't appreciate it as a shave cream, it softens the skin, but I prefer to shave with a cream that makes more lather. But as a shave conditioner, it's amazing. It refreshes and calms the skin. I'm using face Buff prior to shaving, the Supreme Cream as shave cream and Beard Lube as after shave. I can say my shave have never been that good, skin feels great after shaving without irritation and refreshed.

My girlfriend got me a few of the products from this brand the shampoo I am unfortunately allergic too but this beard lube is hands down the best product I have ever used for shaving cream. It was literally so good I had zero cuts and I'm not kidding when I say this I did not have to stretch my sac out to shave it went right over all the wrinkles and groves and had a perfect shave no cuts and felt silky smooth when finished with that shave session leaving not only myself completely impressed and happy but my old lady as well.

This works 95% as good as those fancy shave soaps I bought, yet functions as a cream, AND aftershave. Fantastic. I’m a simple guy. I use this for shaving, and the all over wash for my body. 10/10 products. Before you shave with this I’d recommend using the exfoliating facial scrub.

It goes on cool which is fine most of the year. During the winter it's a little bracing. I've been using it for years, and I've tried a couple shaving soaps for the cold months just to get warm lather on my face. 3 out of 4 I've tried cause redness on my face that will linger for hours unless I clean my face with an astringent. So something in them bothers my face. JB is just the ticket, the razor glides thru the beard and no nicks and no redness. Quick rinse, dry, and JB double duty, and I'm off. I get a lot longer out of my blades than I did using the cans. I suspect the peopelant may hurt the edge.

My husband never “requests” any particular products, but when he’s running low on this - he definitely lets me know! He struggles with coarse beard hair, getting a close shave, ingrown hairs, and all the things and this is definitely the best product he’s found to help!

Clear shaving cream = best shaving cream! Really helps the razor to glide across the skin while also providing a great amount of hydration! Love being able to see what I'm doing! Very easy to use, didn't leave a residue on my legs or in the shower! Smells great too! Almost herbal in a way! 😍

I love not having shaving cream on my face! As soon as I apply, I know I will have a smooth shave. Also, the nice thing about a clear vs. foam substance is that I can actually see if I missed something. I love this product!

Forever trying to find replacements for a growing list of discontinued favorite products, I needed a new shaving cream for my legs. My husband is a huge fan of Jack Black so I got this and its got a permanent home now. The smell is not masculine, just fresh like eucalyptus. No cuts and my legs stay smoother longer. And again, ahhh the smell! love.
