Light Hold Styling Gel 13.1oz

A light foam which offers light to medium hold when dry and easy styling when wet. The light citrus scented foam coated the hair well and made it very easy to style either with just a brush/comb or even with heat. The foam dried to leave an invisible layer on the hair, this was light and whilst it held the style allowed some movement rather than creating a helmet hair look. The hold is light to medium, it will keep your hair in the style you formed when it was wet but it is not invincible, hats, wind and ruffling your hair will knock it out of style, but as it creates a sort of style memory on the hair you can recreate your look without the need for additional styling products. This seems to work best on short to medium length hair.

I loveeeee this gel. It came with a shampoo my boyfriend used that but he doesn’t use gel - so I decided to try it. I love how it doesn’t make your hair crunchy but it does have great hold, smell is alright not too strong, and my hair doesn’t feel disgusting after using it feel like I need to wash my hair right away. I love using it for sleek pony tails, hold down flyaways or braiding my hair enhancing my waves.

American crew is a really great product and works exactly as advertised. Its smooth and rich in texture and leaves your hair a little crunchy while firmly holding hair in place.. but it's just to expensive. I can get the same quality hair care If not less from a local grocery store for 75% less. I would use this product all the time, I just wish it was more affordable. I recommend this product for a high quality salon product that works! 👌

It's like most high end hair styling products. It does what it says it should. I use a pea size blob, a bit of water to emulsify and run through my hair prior to going in with a hair-dryer. Great volume for a high pony tail or any up-do. My son uses it to slick back his hair. Pure gel, no water. There's the usual tacky residue on your hands, brushes and combs. Wash brushes and combs using a little shampoo and you're ready for the next day.

I absolutely would recommend this to anyone of my friends and family members of whom like to try new products and services. its a good product. gets the job done, feels clean, not super luxurious, but imparts a shine and hold without being overly present or overly fragranced. i will not be repurchasing. its not bad i just want something a bit higher end with a better smell

This gel smells so good on a man! It works really well too. It's good to use every day and it doesn't leave a build up. It's not cheap, but it's not too expensive either. I love it when my Husband uses this. Especially when he's wearing cologne.

Love the product! Unfortunately, the packaging was well undersized. This caused the lid on the bottle to open, and leak shampoo inside the box. When I contacted customer service about the issue, they quickly sent a replacement. But, to my surprise, customer service completely missed the point of my email, because the 2nd bottle was packaged the same way as the first. And, of course, the same issue (leaking bottle) happened again. The box is way to small for this large bottle.

This gel is okay. It’s nothing special but it does it’s job. It’s inexpensive, has a nice & light fragrance, and doesn’t make my hair feel super crunchy but still does a good job at holding my styles.
