HOW TO USE:
Remove existing nail lacquer with "OPI Expert Touch Remover"
Trim and shape nails as desired
Push back the cuticles
Optional : Apply a base coat "OPI Base Coat"
Apply two coats of your Nail Lacquer
Optional : Apply the finishing coat with the "OPI Top Coat"
For a manicure that's dry to the touch in minutes, apply 2 drops of "OPI DripDry" to each nail
