HOW TO USE:
ON VIRGIN OR COLORED HAIR: Mix Blondor Extra Cool Blonde with Color Touch Peroxide at a ratio of 1: 1.5
ON PREVIOUSLY HIGHLIGHTED HAIR: Mix one part Blondor Extra Cool, one part Blondor Multi Blonde with Color Touch Peroxide at a ratio of 1: 1 to 1: 1.5
